Shipping Destinations
FINCH FIRE LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages
FINCH FIRE LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags and accessories included. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
